Hello. My name is Derek Bender and I’m a designer. I create exciting websites, bold user interfaces, unforgettable brands and more. My tools are color, composition and concepts. I also love zombie-horror flicks. And Leinenkugel.

In my 4 years of designing professionally, I have developed a keen interest in user interface design and typography. While I specialize in web design and illustration I also have designed for interactive kiosks, product packaging, apparel and numerous print media from booth backdrops to bookmarks. I‘m also a pretty darn good front-end slicer too with knowledge in XHTML and CSS.

Originally from Michigan, I now live and play in Orlando, Florida. On my down time I like to check out live music, watch classic films, enjoy wine and cheese combinations and take in the local culture.
