Shaping platform features & systems for the internal tools ecosystem
Dott operates a shared e-scooter and e-bike fleet across Europe. While designing for internal tools, I shipped over 16+ features that allowed us to grow the fleet by over 10k vehicles, shorten onboarding times, launch in 7+ strategic cities and streamline complex core workflows for our internal users.

Rider zone management
As Dott scaled, the requirements for the zone management interface grew more complex. To increase user efficiency, we redesigned the interface and added much-requested functionality. The result was an interface that supports continued scaling and reduces manual engineering interventions.

As the fleet grew, updating firmware files had become a complicated and time-consuming operation. To tackle this problem, we built a simple CRUD (create, read, update, delete) interface that sped up the hardware team's workflow.

I led efforts to adopt best practices for file organization, navigation and status that benefitted the team. Building and maintaining a design system for both mobile and web platforms allowed us to preserve design quality and consistency.

Warehouse filtering
Adding multiple warehouses in a city caused confusion about vehicle locations and numbers. We worked with the Operations team to understand what parameters were important to them to create a comprehensive filtering system within our mobile app. This improved the team's ability to track and predict fleet needs.
